Chief Financial Officer

Ksenia brings extensive experience building enterprise-level finance infrastructure and high-performing teams in the real estate investment industry. Before joining New Course, she served as CFO of a multi-billion-dollar real estate company. She began her career at a Big 4 accounting firm. At New Course, she oversees financial strategy, reporting, and operations. Ksenia is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation, both from St. John’s University.

Michael brings 28 years of technology leadership including Technical Director at Riot Games – where he helped build platforms serving 100 million users – and CTO of DogVacay (acquired by Rover.com). He holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
