New Course was founded on the view that integrating development, financing, construction, and risk management within a single platform can create meaningful operational and economic advantages. Vertical integration is a core operating principle, not an added strategy.
While many real estate firms outsource critical functions, New Course integrates them in a structure that allows the firm to align execution across all phases of a project, reduce aggregate costs relative to fragmented third-party delivery models, and participate more broadly in the economics generated across the project lifecycle.
