Merced Station is a 270-unit, 945-bed student-housing community near UC Merced. The capital structure consists of senior debt, EB-5 preferred equity as well as developer equity.

Merced Station was the platform's first delivery on UC system real estate; Scholars Vista is the second, with both projects playing an integral role in the platform's vertical integration.

Merced Station completed vertical construction and is currently operational, with 6,600 square feet of retail space serving UC Merced students alongside the 270 residential units (945 beds).
