The offering has an approved Form I-956F (Regional Center) and has already received several approved Form I-526E (investor petition), inside the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act's rural set-aside, which carries reserved visa availability and premium USCIS processing. Phase I is underwritten within a development expected to create more than 3,500 jobs in total.
Construction is executed by New Course Builders as the in-house general contractor, with a construction completion guarantee and EB-5 repayment guaranty coverage built into the structure.
