USCIS issues Form I-956F approval for the Peak Tahoe project under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act's rural set-aside.
New Course Enterprises announced that USCIS approved Peak Tahoe's I-956F Petition on October 31st, 2024. This approval positions current Peak Tahoe EB-5 Investors' I-526E Petitions for adjudication and approval by USCIS.
Peak Tahoe is an exclusive collection of 43 luxury residences located on one of Lake Tahoe's few buildable crests. The project is under construction with a November 2025 completion target and is expected to create over 480 EB-5 eligible jobs.
