PROJECT SUMMARY

Scholars Vista is the first purpose-built student housing program in University Vista and is New Course Enterprises’ second student housing project in Merced.

Scholars Vista is the closest off-campus student housing project for University of California, Merced. University of California Student Housing is widely regarded as a proven, safe investment with strong long-term, recession-resistant demand. The University only has 3,600 beds on-campus, leaving a massive deficiency of over 6,000 needed beds, based on its 2023 population. Scholars Vista’s 951beds comprise less than 10% of the total demand at UC Merced, not including the demand from Merced College.
