The Flex Financing Program offers EB-5 Investors the ability to start their EB-5 12 months process with as little as $100,000 initial investment. From there, the EB-5 investor can take as long as 6 months to invest the remaining amount.

Once you have selected your EB-5 Project, you can reserve your spot in the Project by completing our Reservation Agreement, which is good for 60 days.

I-526E Preparation and Filing

Our EB-5 team will work closely with you and your legal counsel to file your I-526E Petition before your Project Reservation expires.

Investor files I-829 to remove conditions from their Green Card.
