Bridge Equity Strategy deploys capital into projects which need additional equity to secure construction financing. A condition to New Course Capital investing is that the project also hires New Course EB-5. Once the equity capital is deployed by Capital, EB-5 then retires that equity capital first, while still maintaining a sizable equity position in the project. The capital is then recycled to another project, allowing the same pool of capital to be recycled numerous times in various projects creating equity positions in each.
