LOS ANGELES, CALIF. (November 12, 2024) –  New Course Enterprises is pleased to announce that USCIS has approved Peak Tahoe’s I-956F Petition on October 31st, 2024. This major milestone positions current Peak Tahoe EB-5 Investors I-526E Petitions to be adjudicated and approved by UCSIS.
